SHIPPING INFO
We appreciate your business. Please allow 7-10 business days to for us to process your order. Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. Please note: orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are not shipping on Holidays. Please allow additional shipping time during peak delivery seasons.
To ensure that your package is shipped to you within the time frame, please make sure you enter your address correctly. Make sure to include the correct abbreviations and spaces. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer care will contact you and try to resolve these issues. Please note if we are not able to successfully contact you, your order will be cancelled and refunded to you.
Our orders are shipped USPS. You will receive a system general email when the order is processed and a second system generated email with tracking information once the package is in transit. Once your package is shipped, we do not have control over how long USPS takes to get it to you.
We do our BEST to package your item(s) so they will not be damaged during transit. If you receive your package and it is damaged or altered please open too ensure your jewelry is not damaged. If any of your items are damaged please refer to our Return Policy.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
