ROCKIN JEWELS & CO. our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges or accept returns. Should you receive your order and you have a damaged piece of jewelry, you have 5 days from the receipt of your order to contact us. You must take a picture of the damaged item and send the picture by email to us at -  shoprockinjewels@gmail.com

If the damaged item is available we will ship the replacement item to you. If the item is NO longer available we will issue you a Store Credit towards a future purchase.

Please Note: STORE CREDITS EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS IF THEY ARE NOT REDEEMED.
